Wes Ehlers – Fund Development

Wes Ehlers

Wes Ehlers is a litigation and trial attorney who opened Ehlers Law Corporation in 2010 after spending
nearly 15 years as an associate and then partner at two prominent local and international law firms. His practice focuses on complex business disputes with an emphasis on business contract disputes, business ownership and governance disputes, unfair competition/ unfair trade practice, and complex probate and estate litigation.
Wes was born in Sacramento and raised in Elk Grove back when it was a small town. He is the 7th generation of his family from Elk Grove. He attended Stanford University and then Vanderbilt University
Law School. While in college, Wes and his fraternity brothers volunteered with a number of youth charities, and Wes coached 8t11-grade boys’ basketball at a middle school in one of the underserved neighboring communities.
Wes has seen how the Morton Golf Foundation gives back to the community and was especially impressed with the outstanding group of kids awarded scholarships the first time he attended the scholarship award dinner. That piqued his interest, and Wes looks forward to hopefully working with the foundation to raise funds – through his business directly and through his relationships with clients and others in the community – to continue expanding the great work done and opportunities provided to the underserved segments of our community.
