Haggin Oaks Golf Complex

Over Twenty years ago Special Olympics of Northern California came to Haggin Oaks Golf Complex to host their annual Golf Regionals. It is now 2026 and the competition continues!

On Friday, September 11th, 2026, Special Olympics brought over 311 athletes to compete in golf skills at the back of the driving range or to play golf on the Alister MacKenzie and Arcade Creek Golf Courses.
There were over 100 staff and volunteers helping guide each athlete along their way.

The sun was shining, the athletes showed up with smiles on their faces, and everyone was ready for a morning of golf.

The morning ended with the group enjoying a hamburger buffet as the Award Ceremony went on to give all the athlete their ribbon or medal to tell their story.

Each year this event grows not only in numbers but also with everyone pouring their heart and soul into this event and making more memories.

Thanks to everyone who helped to make this event what it is today.

We can’t wait to see everyone again back to Haggin Oaks next September!
