Brad moved to Sacramento in 1997 and founded Benbrook Law Group in 2012 where he litigates public policy and business disputes. He regularly writes amicus briefs on constitutional issues before the United States Supreme Court on behalf of public policy organizations around the country.  Brad played on the Stanford golf team in the 1980s and competed in two U.S. Amateur Championships.  Brad obtained his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law.

Brad is the proud father of three sons.  Now that they are mostly grown he has more time to play golf and hopefully compete again. Brad grew up in Missouri and still roots for the St. Louis Cardinals.  Brad joined the Morton Golf Foundation board in 2021.
